Ik heb nu al wat zitten klooien met "/etc/apt/sources.list" en ik vroeg me af of ik nog alle updates kan ontvangen. En welke sites zou ik beter nog toevoegen?

Hiermee zelf een aanmaken en in je sources.list plakken. wel oude backuppen. Als je niet tevreden bent kan je die weer terugzetten.

En voor de zekerheid neem de nl repo's want die be repo's hebben soms de neiging om onstabiel te zijn, spreek uit ervaring.
