Na een periode van technische problemen en een overbelaste server zijn we eindelijk weer bereikbaar.

Hallo,

I am new here in the Netherlands. I have Ubuntu 11.04 and an Abn-Amro bank account. Now, I would use the internet bank logging in through the edentifier 2, but ubuntu apparently has not the driver for that hardware...so I can't.

Have you guys found a solution for this??? some useful package...?

This is a Dutch forum, with Dutch people. I don't know there are people here that can speak english. Maybe is it a better idea if you're go seek help with other people on the english forum: ubuntuforums.org. Maybe you will get some help here, but i don't think so.

Use it without usb connection, is safer.

That topic was about the first edentifier without USB.
I can confirm the edentifier 2 also works with Linux/Ubuntu but without the benefit of the USB interface.

I knew, but I reckon that only dutch people can know the problems of Ubuntu with the edentifier 2 and its possible solutions... I am so sorry to not know Nederlands but I will learn it soon ;)!

If you use the e.dentifier2 to log on you can use it as a stand-alone device
You must take over the input codes and response codes.
