Dear project member,
A project stand on T-DOSE 2010, November 6 and 7th, has been allotted to
your Open Source Project. The organisation is happy to welcome you at
the event.
In this e-mail information and rules for the stands are outlined. Some
rules and guidelines are necessary to ensure an orderly and welcoming
atmosphere for visitors. You get the chance of presenting the cool
things in your project. Use it wisely

Project Stand
=============
A project stand is:
- - 2x table of size ~1m x 1m
- - 1x 220V power
- - 1x internet connection (switch port)
- - lunch ticket for booth members (maximum of 5)
If you need more power connections or internet connections at your
booth, then it is wise to bring your own extensions.
Do not forget to bring promotion material (poster, flyers, cloths to
hide the table).
At the project stand it is not allowed to do coding. An area for
checking e-mail, coding or working on your laptop will be provided.

T-DOSE social event takes place on Saturday November 6th, 2010 from
18:00 till the end. On this social event you will be able to meet
speakers, members of Open Source projects or your fellow developers.
Attendees of the social event will gather add the entrance of the T-DOSE
event location. Don't be late, we will leave on 18:15 hrs to the Social
Event somewhere in Eindhoven..
Registering for the social event is mandatory and can be done on this
page. The entrance fee is 25 euros and must be paid before the social
event at the T-DOSE info stand. Information about the social event will
be sent to you after registering. If you have special diner wishes, like
vegetarian food, then indicate them on this form. A confirmation message
will be sent upon registering.
The costs for the social event must be paid on Saturday 6th November at
the T-DOSE information stand. You will get a token that gives you access
to the social event location.
