Ik wil mijn resolutie veranderen naar 1920*1080.
Dit werkt allemaal goed via nvidea settings.
Het opslaan van de instellingen in xorg.conf via de nvidea settings werkte eerst niet, maar na nvidea settings uit te voeren via gksu en de eerste keer de screen section uit xorg.conf te verwijderen werkt dit ook.
Het probleem wat ik echter heb is dat mijn resolutie toch 1280*720 is na een reboot, terwijl in mijn xorg.conf staat dat hij 1920*1080 moet worden. Denk dat er toch nog iets niet klopt in xorg.conf.
De reden waarom ik dit wil aanpassen is omdat xbmc in die resolutie draait (1080) en als ik nu terugkeer vanuit xbmc, dan is mijn bureaublad groter dan mijn tv. Dit komt omdat de resolutie eerst op 720 stond.
Ik heb al een aantal mensen gezien met problemen met het saven van de configuratie via de nvidea settings maar dit lijkt bij mij nu te werken. In xorg.conf staat namelijk de goede resolutie.
