Goede middag mensen,

Tot mijn schrik de onderstaande log. Ook hoor ik een getik uit de harde schijf komen. Maar terug naar de winkel ermee, of valt er nog wat te doen? Mijn gegevens staan er namelijk nog op.

ja natuurlijk, als het pas een nieuwe is, dan hebt ge nog garantie, en hoeft ge geen nieuwe te kopen, spreekt voor zich...


ge kunt op 2 manieren uw data backuppen...
- ge maakt een image van uw harde schijf en zet die terug op uw nieuwe harde schijf...in linux kan dit via het dd commando (even zoeken hier) of via windows met acronis true image bijvoorbeeld...het nadeel hiervan is, dat als bestanden op beschadigde sectoren van uw harde schijf staan, deze waarschijnlijk corrupt zijn, en dus ook op uw nieuwe schijf corrput zullen blijven...

- kopieer al uw belangrijke files naar een andere harde schijf of brand ze op een dvd...op de nieuwe schijf installeerd ge dan gewoon terug ubuntu en zet uw files terug waar ze horen...

Je kan nog proberen om met dd-rescue de hele harde schijf te kopiëren naar een image.
Je moet dan wel genoeg vrije ruimte hebben.

Bijvoorbeeld:
sudo dd_rescue if=dev/sda of=/media/backup/backup.bestand.

Als dat is gelukt kan je proberen die image te mounten en je data te redden. Ook kan je proberen om de image te repareren.

Als dd-rescue stopt op een bepaalde error, dan kan je hem weer opnieuw starten. Dan gaat hij verder waar het de vorige keer fout ging.

Ik heb hem al terug gebracht. Bedank voor de hulp iig, Ik hoor binnen twee dagen wat er aan de hand is. Dan horen jullie weer van mij. Wel raar, die man van de winkel probeerde het uit op de pc daar, en windows kon hem wel lezen :S

Misschien is het usb kabeltje corrupt. Die was ik namelijk vergeten mee te geven.
