Als je wel in de recovery modus kan komen of een Ubuntu live cd of live USB hebt, open een terminal (onder Hulpmiddelen) en type
sudo fsck -y /dev/sdx z voor x vul je bijv. een a in als je een harde schijf hebt, voor z vul je het partitie nummer in bijv 1 dan wordt het sda 1
De optie -y staat voor:
-y For some filesystem-specific checkers, the -y option will cause
the fs-specific fsck to always attempt to fix any detected
filesystem corruption automatically. Sometimes an expert may be
able to do better driving the fsck manually. Note that not all
filesystem-specific checkers implement this option. In particu‐
lar fsck.minix(8) and fsck.cramfs(8) does not support the -y
option as of this writing.
Als je het commando hebt ingevuld geef je een ENTER, nu moet je het wachtwoord invullen, hier zie je niets van, geen sterretjes balletjes, o.i.d. gewoon blind intypen en geef een ENTER.
Windows Xp zal je niet zo kunnen installeren deze herkent het Linux filesysteem niet, eerst je schijf/partitie formatteren naar NTFS of FAT32 met Gparted die op de live CD/USB staat. Mocht je iets niet begrijpen of nog willen weten, schrijf je maar. :)
