Probeer eens van server te wisselen, zo dus:
Systeem=>beheer=>softwarebronnen

192.168.1.1:8080 is een lokaal ip adres.
Probeer anders de router eens te resetten om dit probleem op te lossen.

Van server wisselen kan natuurlijk ook helpen zoals nunslaughter zegt.
