Ik heb het zowel met 2.23.92 als de SVN geprobeerd, maar ik blijf foutmeldingen krijgen tijdens het compileren.

Wat kan het probleem zijn? Bij anderen lukt het wel. Overigens is de versie van Cheese die ik nu heb 2.23.5 uit de SVN, al van even terug dus.

Dit lijkt erop alsof je een van de header-bestanden mist. Zou het misschien kunnen dat je niet alle -dev pakketten hebt (ik zie in de compileerregel o.a. referenties naar atk, glib2, pango enz).

De variabelen waar die op stuk loopt staan gedeclareerd in /usr/include/glib-2.0/gio/gfile.h
Misschien zijn ze die vergeten in te voegen. Je zou voor de grap eens kunnen proberen wat er gebeurd als je in cheese.c de regel #include invoegt, en dan 'make'.

Probleem opgelost. 2.23.92 staat nu ook op Getdeb. Vanaf daar het debje gehaald en geinstalleerd en problem solved.

Uit de meldingen volgt dat ingevoegd had moeten worden ipv , maar dat doet niet echt meer ter zake ;)
