Het is mij nu gelukt om het apparaat aan de praat gekregen.
Met lsusb zie ik dat de USB2Serial kabel is aangesloten.

Hierna heb ik uit Softwarecentrum "Modem Manager GUI" geïnstalleerd.
Nadat ik dit programma heb opgestart heeft mijn laptop deze "Device" gevonden.
Ik ga nu verder testen.
