Bluetooth software updates gehad, Bluetooth werkt niet

Wie kan mij helpen?

Ik heb zojuist een paar updates gehad en zag ook die voor Bluetooth voorbij komen.
Daarna gezocht of ik dat kan opstarten of zo, maar dat lukt niet omdat adapters ontbreken.

Wat kan ik verder nog zoeken/doen?

Is het wel goed gegaan met het kopiëren en plakken naar dit forum, met die inxi output. Ik zie daarin geen bluetooth info. Wellicht zou je voor alle zekerheid, ook nog de output kunnen posten van

De situatie is mij niet helemaal duidelijk. Heeft Bluetooth voorheen wel goed gewerkt met je Xubuntu (en heeft de update het verpest) of heb je dit nog niet eerder geprobeerd? Want in de lijst met hardware zie ik ook zo snel geen Bluetooth-adapter(s) staan. Heeft je PC die überhaupt wel?

Fijn dat je meedenkt Erik
Nee, heb nog nooit Bluetooth via m'n PC geprobeerd maar omdat ik die update voorbij zag komen, dacht ik het zit er dus op maar niet actief of zo.
Gezien dat het niet op mijn hardwarelijst staat, zal het er dus ook niet bij zitten.

In een computer met bluetooth wordt in Xubuntu doorgaans een icoon getoond in het systemtray. Zie onderstaande afbeelding. Dan bedoel ik het icoon rechts naast die HP icoon. Als die bluetooth icoon er is maar lichtgrijs is, dan is deze uitgeschakeld. Dan zou je 'm waarschijnlijk via dat icoon kunnen inschakelen. Een laptop zou bluetooth kunnen hebben. Maar dan behoort dat wel te zijn vermeldt bij de specificaties.

Goede tip Jolo. 
Helaas niets te zien en heb ook nog even gezocht via Werkbalk, Nieuw element toevoegen. Daar is ie ook niet te vinden. Dus definitief niet aanwezig in mijn pc.

Als je het echt nodig hebt, bijvoorbeeld omdat je een bluetooth hoofdtelefoon wilt aanschaffen, dan zou eventueel een bluetooth dongel kunnen mee bestellen.
