Please confirm us if this behaviour it's reproduced with both SIM slots. If is not possible connecting with any carrier from SIM slot 1 or 2 please follow these steps to perform a factory data reset to rule out configuration and firmware troubles:
- With your device turned off, press "on/off" + "volume up" buttons at the same time. When boot mode appears release both buttons. Select "recovery" moving among options with volume up button and accept with volume down button.
- When the Ubuntu logo appears, press the volume up button.
- "Android system recovery" menu will be shown. You can control the options with volume down button, please select "wipe data / factory reset" and confirm selection pressing "on/off" button.
- Another little menu will appear to confirm, and as we did before, we have to select "yes" with volume down and confirm with the "on/off"" button.
- When the menu appears again select "Reboot system now" with "on/off" button.
