Probeer eens in textmode te mounten, want je kan het forceren, zodat je minstens kan gaan lezen.
Het commando weet ik niet, maar in oudere versies van ubuntu moest je met de hand ntfs mounten(grafisch), dan kreeg je met een hd als die van jouw een commando om het te overbruggen.
