Wacom CTH-480 geen instellingen

ik heb mijn tablet CTL-490 geruild tegen een CTH-480.
Die was direkt herkend door mijn computer maar Wacom Tablet zegt "no tablet detected" ik heb dus geen toegang tot de intellingen.
is er een oplossing voor ?

Ubuntu 14.04 kernel3.19.0-30

hallo, ja ik heb dat gelezen(het was in frans maar t'is dezelfde tekst.)
Mijn tablet is wel herkend.

ik heb een deze gevonden om de touch pad te deactiveren,

xsetwacom set "Wacom Intuos PT S Finger touch" touch off

nu is mijn tablet gebruikbaar maar ik wil nog de knoppen
