Als ik de man van dpkg op na lees, is er ook een --force optie zoals bij RPM om iets toch geinstalleerd te krijgen.
Als ik het goed heb wordt het dan:
sudo dpkg --force-install fglrx....deb
Corrigeer me als ik verkeerd ben!
Dat zou dan volgens
dpkg --force-help
iets moeten zijn als

dpkg forcing options - control behaviour when problems found:
warn but continue: --force-<thing>,<thing>,...
stop with error: --refuse-<thing>,<thing>,... | --no-force-<thing>,...
