smartctl: is my disk going bad?

Hello,

One of my servers is showing low performance so I did some checks to find out what the problem could be.

There are 5 disks in this system and one shows some kind of warning(see below)
Do I have to replace the sdd disk? Can the problem shown below cause bad performance?
I can't find a definitive answer anywhere about what value should be interpreted as bad or good.
This server is a HP Proliant ML110 file server
What are your opinions?

hmm now the value has gone up to 74.

Model Family:     Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 family
Device Model:     ST3500830AS

I am going to replace it first thing in the morning. better safe then sorry

Please check if smart is usable for SSD.
The only warning you give is temperture. do not think this is a big problem.

@jan11000: het is vrijwel zeker een Nederlander hoor, want hij heet Chris de Vries.... Je kunt dus gewoon in je moerstaal antwoorden.

Inderdaad, te lage temperaturen blijken ook niet optimaal te zijn voor de harde schijven.
