Sorry for the english language, I am a french Ubuntu user. My sister and my brother in law are actually in the Netherlands and they recently had a problem with their laptop which was on Windows XP. Fortunately for them, they had a usb key with Ubuntu 9.10.
The problem is that they used a vodafone usb 3g key to connect to Internet, which isn't supported out of the box by Ubuntu. I would like to know if there are some install parties in the Netherlands (they are near Amsterdam) or if some of you actually use the vodafone 3g key on Ubuntu. Do you have any advices for them to be able to connect to the web? Keep in mind that they aren't Ubuntu gurus.
