[xubuntu][opgelost]synaptic start niet in menu

in het internatonale forum vond ik deze oplossing

Open terminal (ctrl+alt+T) and execute: gksudo gedit /usr/share/applications/synaptic.desktop
Change line Exec=synaptic-pkexec to Exec=gksudo synaptic
Save file and close text editor.

It will allow you to easily launch synaptic, but wont remove bug. If you want to remove bug run pkexec --user root nautilus(in gnome). It should ask you for password and run file manager (nautilus) as root -

Als ik in  /usr/share/applications/ kijk zie geen synaptic.desktop maar 2 x synaptic pakketbeheer (zie bijlage) en krijg dit in terminal
ger@ubuntu:~$ gksudo gedit /usr/share/applications/synaptic.desktop
ger@ubuntu:~$ gksudo gedit /usr/share/applications/synaptic.pakketbeheer
ger@ubuntu:~$ gksudo gedit /usr/share/applications/synaptic-pakketbeheer
ger@ubuntu:~$


ger@ubuntu:~$ pkexec --user root nautilus
Cannot run program nautilus: No such file or directory
ger@ubuntu:~$
Wat doe ik niet goed?

Het is niet handig om te proberen om in Xubuntu (Xfce) een truuk uit te voeren die is bedoeld voor Gnome/Unity....

Het werkte niet omdat Ik  gedit nog niet geinstalleerd had.
Ik kan synaptic nu weer gewoon starten.
Is xfce niet gewoon een ander jasje,Pjotr want ik kan bij het inloggen kiezen voor xfce of xubuntu

Was ook niet nodig geweest met leafpad ging ook prima en is het standaard kladblogje van Xubuntu (xfce).
Dus was gedit installeren eigenlijk niet nodig geweest ,afijn daar toch niet voor.
Maar oké het is opgelost....fijn.
