Ik ben al een tijdje aan het knoeien ( ja daar begint het op te lijken) om mijn E-mu 1616 aan de praat te krijgen.
Ik heb een schone Ubuntu studio 10.04 genomen en ben het alsaproject gaan volgen:

dat gaat goed tot:

oke, ik heb hogere drivers (toch?) dus die stap sla ik over.
Dan doe ik wel de volgende stap:
"chmod a+rw /dev/dsp /dev/mixer /dev/sequencer /dev/midi "
dan komt de volgende melding in mijn terminal:

Wie o wie, ziet wat ik fout doe?
Als het 't makkelijkste is om weer met een schone install van ubustudio te beginnen, geen probleem.
