My server has two network cards installed. Both cards have a static address. By starting the service both interface cards have the correct ip address. this works fine. but the next day , the second interface card got an ip address from a dhcp server on the network. I cannot understand why this is happening. stopping and starting the network service solves the issue for the rest of the day. The next morning the issue is there again. slight detail .. both network cards are on the same physical cable but with different ip addresses ( different segments ). Both interface cards have static addresses. anyone seen this issue before - using dapper 6.06
