ubuntu-multimedia-gnome en Feisty

Na een clean install van Feisty op de harde schijf geen geluid v.w.b. youtube, uitzendinggemist, mp3 e.d.
Nu was er in de vorige versie "sudo apt-get install multimedia-gnome" nog een "flash" en "java" erbij en je was klaar.

Nu zou e.e.a. in Feisty allemaal veel makkelijker zijn met "medibuntu" en er zou een codec-generator zitten in Feisty.
Ben nu al twee dagen aan het zoeken in dit forum maar kom er niet uit.

Vraag 1:
werkt "sudo apt-get install multimedia-gnome" nog?

Vraag 2:
sudo wget http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/sources.list.d/dapper.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list
en
sudo wget http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/sources.list.d/dapper.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list
gevolgd door een "update", resulteerd in het niet accepteren van deze key.
Wat moet de key dan wel zijn?

Waar zit in Feisty die codec generator?

Vraag 1:
nope, en die hebt ge ook niet nodig in Feisty. De codecs installeren zich vanzelf wanneer je een bestand dat een codec nodig heeft probeert te openen. Probeer eens alsamixer in te typen in je terminal en zet alles op 80%

Vraag 2:
De key is ook totaal fout. Je probeert de dapper key op een feisty bak. Gebruik deze:
wget -q http://packages.medibuntu.org/medibuntu-key.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add -

En haal aub deze regel eens uit je sources.list:

Hieronder mijn sourceslist:

Dat is een gpg key die hoef je niet in je sources list te plaatsen gewoon laten uitvoeren door je terminal.

En verwijder de # voor de deb in je sources list dan hebt ge ook toegang tot de backports servers. (dus meer progjes)
3 wil zeggen dat de regel gecomment is. deze weghalen is deze uncommenten. Lees ff je sources list om dit te begrijpen. dat is info voor de gebruiker en de pc zal deze regel niet lezen. Haal je die # weg dan zal deze server ook bezocht worden.

Dus enkel de laatste 2 regels waar de # voor staat. Zodat je pc ook toegang krijgt tot de backports server.

Met de W gpgkey error die je aangaf bedoelde ik de bovenste regel in je sources.list, deze:

Na een tweede keer het commando sudo apt-get update is alles wel in orde!!!!!
Bovenstaand bericht komt dus te vervallen.
Nog wel een vraag over die alsamixer.
Na het intypen hiervan in de terminal krijg ik een grafisch overzicht, maar ik kan hier niets aanpassen (althans ik zou niet weten hoe)
Ik moet de terminal helemaal afsluiten en opstarten om weer commando' s te kunnen invoeren.
Doe ik iets verkeerd?

hmm ..; hij beweert dat er een regel dubbel ib-nstaat namelijk de medibuntu bron maar ik zie hem maar 1 keer staan. Je maf deze foutmelding wat mij betreft dus negeren. Misschien verdwijnt de foutmelding na een herstart maar dat weet ik zo niet.

In ieder geval is de foutmelding niet belangrijk.

Dan in je terminal alsamixergui
Zet nu eens wat schuifjes omhoog. lukt dat?

Yep,

Krijg nu een reeks instellingen te zIen waarbij niet alles is voorzien van een schuifje.
Ik neem aan dat de schuiven circa 80% actief moeten zijn?

krijg ik in de terminal:

Na het uitpakken zal er 94,7MB extra schijfruimte gebruikt worden.

Vreemd,
sluit uw terminal eens af en open synaptic pakketbeheer (Systeem -beheer - synaptic pakketbeheer)
en zoek eens naar de volgende pakketten:
sun-java6-jre
sun-java6-plugin
Kun je het installeren via synaptic? (rechtermuisklik - markeren voor installatie)

Dit lijkt wel te gaan lukken.
De verwachte verwerkingstijd is nog zo'n 12 minuten.

ubuntu feisty

Ik wil o.a de w32codecs sevea via de sources.list instaleren
Er staat zoveel hierover op het forum dat ik dit topic maar ben gaan volgen
Ik heb mijn source list aan gepast volgens Bartek
2 regels er uit en twee,voor seveas er in.
Bij update kreegg ik de fout melding van GPG key.
Ik heb in de console de key gebruikt die  Bartek aan gaf.
Bij update heb ik nu geen fout melding meer
Maar controleer ikn bij Pakket beheer dan heb ik met zoeken op w32codecs geen vermelding. Ik neem nu aan dat ik hem dus niet de  pakket lijst heb.
Mijn Resources lijst zieter zo uit:
