Profox bedankt, ik moest inderdaad mijn schijf beter specificeren. Het werd dus:
sudo mount /dev/hdb1 ubunturescue
er lijkt niets te gebeuren maar als ik het commando nog een keer invoer dan geeft hij aan:
mount: /dev/hdb1 already mounted or ubunturescue busy
mount: according to mtab, /dev/hdb1 is mounted on /home/ubuntu/ubunturescue
Oke, hij is dus gemount.
Ga ik terug naar de opdracht van Cotcot:

Vervolgens ga ik verder met de adviezen van profox:
mkdir /media/ubunturescue om deze lege map aan te maken, waar we de partitie gaan aankoppelen
sudo mount -t ext3 /dev/hdb1 /media/ubunturescue om de partitie daadwerkelijk aan te koppelen
Het lukt, ik moet alleen wel een sudo voor de opdracht mkdir zetten anders wordt het niet geaccepteerd.
Vervolgens kijk ik via de terminal naar de partitie of het de juiste is, het volgende krijg ik te zien:
bin cdrom etc initrd lib media opt root srv tmp var
boot dev home initrd.img lost+found mnt proc sbin sys usr vmlinuz
Dat lijkt dus goed?
