Besten,

Ivo,

Ivo,

Ik denk dat je de FORCE_ATI_UNINSTALL op True moet zetten, dus een 1.
Dan wordt het:
export FORCE_ATI_UNINSTALL=1

En dan:
sudo /usr/share/ati/fglrx-uninstall.sh

Ivo,

sudo dpkg --force-install fglrx....deb

Corrigeer me als ik verkeerd ben!

Dat zou dan volgens
dpkg --force-help
iets moeten zijn als

inaninck@lt9:~$ dpkg --force-help
dpkg forcing options - control behaviour when problems found:
  warn but continue:  --force-<thing>,<thing>,...
  stop with error:    --refuse-<thing>,<thing>,... | --no-force-<thing>,...

you will be prompted unless one of the confold or
                         confnew options is also given
confmiss [!]           Always install missing config files
confask [!]            Offer to replace config files with no new versions
breaks [!]             Install even if it would break another package

remove-essential [!]   Remove an essential package

WARNING - use of options marked [!] can seriously damage your installation.
Forcing options marked
  • are enabled by default.

inaninck@lt9:~$

Dus
dpkg --force-breaks
of
dpkg --force-conflicts
